Reggie Gilbert is on the move. The Packers are reportedly dealing the outside linebacker to the Tennessee Titans for a 7th round pick, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Gilbert’s spot on the roster was not set in stone, the Packers may have seen this as a route to get some return on a player they were considering letting go of. Meanwhile rookie UDFA Randy Ramsey now has much better odds at making the roster after being praised by Brian Gutekunst this week.

Reggie Gilbert was signed as an undrafted free agent in May of 2016 by the Green Bay Packers. Gilbert spent all of 2016 and most of 2017 on the practice squad making the transition from defensive end to outside linebacker. Gilbert was very impressive in the preseason last year, earning him some rotational snaps during the regular season in 2018.
